We can build a community free from sexual violence - where everyone can feel safe, live without harm, and party as much as we want! We deserve it!
Proceeds from the concert will go to Volare, a nonprofit organization that provides free advocacy, legal, and therapeutic services to survivors of crime, and co-runs the District's Sexual Assault Crisis Response Program. Join us in honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Denim Day for a night of great music and supporting survivors in our community!
We Deserve to Party specifically calls for all of us to imagine a world without sexual violence - where everyone can feel safe, live without harm, and party as much they want. This year we'll be celebrating Denim Day, a global day of education about sexual violence.
We're thrilled to announce our amazing line up for the year:
We believe that our community should be open to all, which is why we are offering tiered pricing for tickets.
Base ticket price - $25
If you are able to pay more - $35
(Please note - these prices do not include fees and sales tax. Total price is listed below)
Can't make it or want to make an additional contribution? Donate to Volare here!
Here is how support from our community members makes an impact on survivors:
$25 - A survivor could be provided with a free and safe ride to get to the hospital for a medical forensic exam
$35 - Provides 1 hour of free, trauma-informed advocacy support for a survivor during a court hearing, police interview, or connection to resources
$100 - Can grant 1 Survivor Support Fund request for clients that have urgent needs related to groceries, transportation, clothing, etc.
Join us for a night of great music and supporting survivors in our community!
