I help people build relationships that feel nourishing and aligned.
Think of me as someone who listens deeply, honors your truth, and helps you translate your desires into real life.
I work with both couples and individuals who want healthy relationships (no matter their orientation, monogamous or non-monogamous) and fulfilling sex lives.
In my couples work, I specialize in couples who want to expand their experiences with intimacy to understand each other better so they can experience the intimacy they desire together (kinky or not), develop better communication skills so they can navigate disagreements more effectively, become masterful at confronting their negative relationship patterns so they can change them, and, if they are nonmonogamous, develop/improve alternative relationship structures (ENM, open, poly) that work for them.
Together, we will discover the relationship patterns that keep you stuck, create space for you to understand each other more clearly, learn the best ways for you to communicate with each other, address intimacy disconnects, and help you create the relationship you desire.
In my work with individuals, I specialize in people who want to address their intimacy and relationship challenges so that intimacy brings joy and relationships become a nourishing, enriching experience again.
Together, we will address negative intimacy experiences that affect your desire to engage, identify/explore your unique style of intimacy that brings you joy and makes you feel at home in your skin, create space for you to talk about your needs and wants with confidence, and help you find the language to communicate more effectively with your partner(s) and/or dating interests.
I’m a good fit for people who want to address their patterns within themselves and between themselves and their partner, so they can enhance their relationships and experience more joy and fulfillment in the bedroom.
My clients describe me as approachable, fun, creative, understanding, eclectic (I have a variety of approaches to address needs), and a safe space for them to express themselves and be held in that vulnerable space with care (my favorite!). It’s not always easy to reach out for support, even more so when it comes to intimacy and relationships. No one receives a playbook on life. I provide an open and non-judgmental space for you to sort yourself and create what you desire.
When I’m not wearing my therapy hat, you might find me traipsing around small towns, searching for the best Korean BBQ, watching my theatre friends perform around DC (or the RenFaire), and/or feeding my anime obsession.
